They had the best prices and the quickest start time! So many pools to chose from, we also added extra lights,a rock fountain, a handrail,a heater, and cooler, we chose a saltwater  version. They were here everyday without fail. Eric Neal aka Rod (Owner of Copano Pools) was always checking in on the progress. Even after the pool was completed he’s been back 3 or 4 times. I slipped the very first time getting in the pool,I had chosen the  wrong type of pool rail, I should have chosen one that let me hold onto it till I got down into the water.  I had a complete tear of the rotator cuff, emergency surgery a few days later.  I returned back home  to a wonderful surprise,Rod had replaced the handrail with a much better option! He helped us contact the the water fountain installer to report a leak. We had trouble with the motor a few days before our grandchildren were coming in for a visit. We contacted the manufacturer but they couldn’t help us within a timely manner. Rod replaced the motor in a day! He even sent it back to the manufacturer for us and filed the warranty for our replacement. Copano Pools is The Best !
